#209: 29/9/11 Lovin’ from the Oven! Other than meeting the sweetest wee baby gal Charlie for the first time today AND having such a great catch up with the totally natural yummy mummy, Analyn, the other sweet thing of my day was this incredible batch of chocolate chip cookies. My reason for baking today (not that you really require one) was my ‘need’ to test out my newly acquired silicon mat and matching spatula :P these were the perfect combination of cookie to chocolate and did not last very long at all. I found the recipe online but am yet to find a recipe where they turn out exactly like the ones you buy from the supermarket, anyone got a good recipe for good looking (as well as tasting) choc chips?
